Hello lovelies. I'm Kelly, and I'm no fitness guru or Instagram influencer – I'm just a woman in her late 40s and today, I want to share a story of transformation that’s all about becoming a ‘sustainer of you’.

As a personal trainer getting outdoors into nature is a necessity for your health.  I enjoyed the breathtaking views at the Colorado National Monument.

🌼 My Journey: A Shift Towards Sustainable Transformation 🌼

At a turning point in my life, I decided it was time to feel better in my body and to make lasting, positive changes. It wasn't just about shedding those extra pounds; it was about embracing a sustainable way of living that would support me throughout my second half of life. At the age of 44, my journey began, and it became so much more than losing weight.


It was a journey of discovery, of finding inner and outer strength that I had underestimated for far too long. The setbacks were lessons, the victories were joyful celebrations of resilience. In this process, my mission began to take shape - helping women like you become sustainers of your own well-being, advocates of self-love, and champions of a vibrant life.


Knowing that I couldn’t do this alone, I enlisted the help of a personal trainer. Honestly this was the best decision that I made. Working with a trainer gave me guidance, encouragement, and most importantly accountability. She became my ally.


As I eluded to, my journey has not been a linear path. It had its ups and downs, victories and setbacks. I didn’t know this at the time but my body was just at the beginning stages of peri-menopause and it was going through changes that I didn’t seem to understand nor have control over. I danced with those stubborn extra pounds, seen them off and welcomed them back with open arms. And you know what? That's absolutely okay! It's part of the beautiful, messy adventure of life.


In the midst of this adventure, I witnessed series of discoveries about what my body was capable of, and let me tell you, it was nowhere near the destination I had initially envisioned. With discipline and consistency, I discovered strength, both physical and mental, that I never knew I had.

I also discovered that health is more than just diet and exercise. It’s about building that mind-body connection. Health is adopting a supportive mindset. Health is about being mindful with our thoughts and actions. And health is about building an environment around you that supports the lifestyle you desire.

As I navigated the twists and turns of my own transformation, I found my calling as a certified personal trainer. My mission became crystal clear: to inspire and empower women, regardless of age, to feel strong, confident, and beautiful in their bodies. For me this mission goes well beyond physical fitness; it’s about nurturing self-love, embracing the incredible strength that lies within us all and most importantly, it is about creating a sustainable lifestyle that nurtures our well-being, inside and out.
