I’m Kelly, a midlife strength coach, Reiki Master, and guide for women stepping into their most intentional season.
I work with midlife women who feel disconnected from their bodies, their energy, their homes. I help them build strength, restore their internal rhythm, and create an environment that actually supports who they're becoming.

I didn’t step into this work because everything was going well. I stepped into it because my life, and my body, demanded a different way.
For years, I did what so many midlife women do: I overgave. I pushed through. I ignored the quiet signals that something wasn’t working.
I tried to hold everything together with discipline, productivity, and sheer willpower.
But my body kept whispering, then insisting, that I couldn’t keep living from depletion.
What followed wasn’t a dramatic collapse. It was a slow, honest awakening.
I began rebuilding myself piece by piece:
