Personal training for midlife women who are ready to reconnect with their bodies and build strength that carries into every part of their lives.

You've tried things before.  Programs you followed for a while. Motivation that came and went.  Strategies that worked in your 30s but don't seem to fit anymore.  

What's been missing isn't the right plan, it's having someone present with you, someone who understands where you actually are, adjusts in real time, and sees your progress before you can see it yourself.

That's what Embodied Strength is.

Not a program you follow alone.  A training relationship built around the woman you actually are, in this season, in this body, with this life.

  • We train 2 sessions per week - this is where results begin to compound

  • Each session is 50 minutes; intentional, movement-forward, never rushed

  • We train in person at ATO Fitness in Englewood, Colorado

  • Every session includes strength, mobility, and a grounding close

  • I adjust in real time based on your energy, your body, your day

  • Over time you won't just feel stronger, you'll move through your life differently

Start with a Wellness Strategy Session

Before we do anything else, we talk.

Just the two of us, 15 minutes, no pressure, no sales pitch.

Just a real conversation about where you are, what you're looking for, and whether working together feels like the right fit.

From there, we'll meet at ATO Fitness so you can see the space, get a feel for the environment, and take the next step at your own pace.
