Included: (6) 50-minute training sessions + (1) 30 min. nutrition Audit (all sessions to be completed within 21 days) At the core of Revive & Reclaim is the belief that every woman deserves to feel strong, confident, and empowered, regardless of age or life stage. From there, I will tailor every aspect of the program to suit your specific needs and preferences. Comprehensive Training Sessions: Over the course of 21 days, you'll embark on a journey of six 50-minute training sessions. These sessions are designed to challenge you, build strength, improve flexibility, and boost your overall fitness level. Nutritional Guidance: I believe that nutrition is the foundation of a healthy lifestyle. That's why I include a dedicated 30-minute session focused solely on nutrition. Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for both of us, please review the following policy before booking your session: Booking Deposit A $25 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The remaining balance will be due at the time of your session. Cancellation & No-Show Policy Your $25 deposit is non-refundable if you cancel less than 24 hours before your session or do not show up for your scheduled time. Rescheduling If you need to reschedule, your $25 deposit is fully transferable to your new appointment—as long as the change is made before your scheduled session begins. Preferred Notice Whenever possible, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. This allows me to offer the spot to someone else who may be waiting.
