This is more than just a fitness program. It’s a simplified coaching and training experience designed to meet you where you are and take you where you want to go.

With Awareness & Grounding, you’ll gain clarity and focus by reflecting on your habits and grounding yourself in the present. This phase sets the stage for transformation, helping you build a foundation for lasting change.

Through Building Strength & Resilience, you’ll unlock the physical strength and stability needed to feel capable and confident. Functional movement patterns will empower you to approach everyday activities with renewed ease and energy.

The Mobility & Flexibility Focus phase invites you to reconnect with your body through intentional movement, mindful stretching, and exercises that reduce stiffness and improve joint health. You’ll rediscover freedom in your movement and a deeper awareness of your body.

In Progressive Growth & Longevity, you’ll embrace sustainable, gradual challenges that prioritize your safety and growth. These actionable steps ensure you’re building a vibrant future with confidence and vitality.

Empowerment & Vision for the Future encourages you to envision the life you want and create a practical plan to sustain your progress. By cultivating self-trust and confidence, you’ll emerge ready to take on whatever comes next.

This program isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution—it’s a personalized journey tailored to your unique needs and goals. Every aspect of the SIMPLE Method is designed to meet you where you are, offering the tools, guidance, and support you need to feel empowered and successful. From functional strength training to mindful nourishment, this experience honors your individuality and helps you create the vibrant life you deserve.

Questions you might have....

How much time will I need to commit each week? The program is designed to fit into your busy schedule. You’ll have one in-person training session per week, along with optional virtual check-ins and access to resources you can use at your own pace. Most participants spend 3–4 hours weekly engaging with the program.

Do I need to be in a certain level of fitness to join? Not at all! The SIMPLE Method meets you where you are, regardless of your current fitness level. Whether you’re just starting or looking to deepen your wellness journey, the program adapts to your unique needs and goals.

 

What happens if I miss a session? Life happens! If you need to miss a session, we’ll work together to ensure you stay on track. The Trainerize app and other program resources allow you to continue progressing, even if you can’t attend every meeting.

Is this program focused on weight loss? The SIMPLE Method focuses on overall wellness, strength, and vitality rather than weight loss alone. While many participants experience positive changes in their body composition, the primary goal is to empower you to feel strong, confident, and balanced in midlife.

​

What kind of support will I receive throughout the program? You’ll have access to personalized coaching, in-person training, virtual check-ins, and a supportive community. The program also includes tools like the Trainerize app, a workbook, and tailored guidance to help you succeed every step of the way.

What’s Included:

  • Weekly in-person training sessions to build strength and connection.

  • Virtual coaching check-ins for accountability and personalized guidance.

  • Access to the Trainerize app for customized workouts, stretching routines, and progress tracking.

  • One 60-minute Reiki session to promote balance and energy flow.

  • Attendance at one Women’s Collective event for community support and shared wisdom.

  • Digital or printed workbook with mindset prompts, habit tracking tools, and educational resources.

  • Simple nutritional guidance and resources to make meal planning stress-free.

  • Ongoing encouragement, motivation, and access to a supportive network.
